Shardae Showers, 18, MOCA'zine's current Editor in Chief said that working on the publication has been an immensely rewarding experience. "I learned how to work with my peers from diverse backgrounds and to balance artistic desires and journalism." Showers, who was home-schooled since the age of 11, will attend Sarah Lawrence College in the fall as an art history major.
