Friday, October 30 / 9-3 pm
Developing Lessons & Rubrics:  Planning for All to Learn 
In this workshop, participants will practice developing lesson plans that will encourage learners of all styles to reach success.  All grade levels and subjects are welcome.

Friday, January 22 / 9-3 pm
Start the Spark!  Using Art & Art Making to Inspire Writing
Participants will learn new ways to encourage and motivate students to write by using art as a tool for inspiration.  All grade levels and subjects are welcome.

Satrday, March 16 / 4-5:30 pm
Coffee Talk and Walk
Educators are invited for a free tour of the exhibitions, Ceal Floyer : Auto Focus and Cory Arcangel : The Sharper Image.  Take a coffee break with MOCA and receive resources and information about tours and workshops offered throughout the year.  RSVP to 305.893.6211.

Monday, April 5 / 9-3 pm
Up, Up, and Away!  The Magic of Kites-Thematic Based Unit 
Kites are a great topic to study to create curricular connections.  Learn about the history, science, cultural aspects, literature, folk tales, mathematics, and physics behind the kites.   All grade levels and subjects are welcome.
