This upcoming session of Conversations at MOCA will explore the importance of art in relation to history, healing, and the internal quest for self-definition. Inspired by the need to address historical and current topics of cultural erasure, local artists and activists will discuss how art documents the past, informs the future and addresses generational traumas.Panelists include Houston Cypress (Reverend, activist, and artist), Durante Blais-Billie (Two-Spirit artist), and Tara Chadwick (Curator and Community Art Catalyst).Register Here
