Overview
BLKNWS: Terms and Conditions is a free film screening presented through a partnership between the Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami, Highland Center, and O Cinema. Adapted from Kahlil Joseph's video art installation, this cinematic work weaves Black history, culture, and consciousness through a record-album structure, blending fictionalized W.E.B. Du Bois and Marcus Garvey with artists, musicians, and real-time social media.
Join us at O Cinema on Thursday, June 11 at 7 PM for a free screening, then return for a Sunday brunch session on June 14 from 2–5 PM for all who registered for the film. This Sunday gathering offers an opportunity to return to each other, break bread, and discuss the film together.
Screening registration provides free entry to brunch for you and a guest.
Spaces are limited and early registration recommended.
