Celebrate Art and Creativity with "Jakes Makes a World" and City Creations!

In honor of National American Artist Month, join us for aspecial Sunday Stories program inspired by the work of Jacob Lawrence, one of America’s most celebrated artists. In this session, participants will listen to Jakes Makes a World, a story that celebrates Lawrence’s impactful life and his creative approach to storytelling through art. After the read-aloud, children will create their own vibrant cities using shapes and colors, just like Lawrence did in his iconic paintings.
