Overview
Join us for a special storytime and collaborative art project celebrating Disability Pride Month, inspired by Kobi Yamada’s book, Maybe!
Together, we’ll build a beautiful community garden out of paper flowers, leaves, and seeds. Using drawing, collage, or words, your child will add their own unique touch to the garden—sharing their dreams, favorite things, and what makes them special. It’s a wonderful, hands-on way to celebrate how we all grow, learn, and experience the world in our own beautiful ways. Children will take home a copy of the book, courtesy of our friends at the Books and Books Literary Foundation.
